Knorr-Bremse Delivers A Very Solid Performance In The First Nine Months Of 2021

- Order intake up 15.7% to EUR 5,038.1 million due to very significant recover in demand in commercial vehicle core markets
- Order book of 5,006.9 million as of September 20, 2021, up 12.3% YOY
- Revenues grow by 9.1% to EUR 5,008.1 million in the first nine months largely due to appreciable growth in the global CVS business
- Strong increase in profitability: operating EBIT of EUR 711.1 million up 20.2% on the previous year, operating EBIT (Ros) expanded by 130 basis points to 14.2% (prior year: 12.9%)
- Operating EBITDA margin increased by 90 basis points to 18.4% from 17.5% in the previous year
